It is an excellent aircraft (Kit GIS) although a little heavy for the 40FP. The friends of the Club nicknamed him the “Bombardier” because he needed almost the entire length of the runway to take off. I suppose a more “beefy” engine would have transformed it.
Unfortunately, after a short year of good and loyal service, the aileron servo decided to spit the teeth of the output pinion. It was fatal to him and I only have one wing to remember.
