It would be a shame not to see this plane often on the ground, its piloting is very accessible and the plane extremely healthy. In my opinion, this plane should flourish on the ground. For my part, I started from the plan and I detail the construction here.

Take off:
The course is easy without significant tendency to tip on the nose. This is what Laurent announced in the RC Pilot article and I admit that it is true … on a hard track. On grass, I let the propeller touch the ground. The penalty was immediate: engine torque torn off. Laurent Berlivet seized this moment very well when meeting Crespieres (see photos). A slight nose-up order, and the Bugatti took off. The power is significant and the plane is gaining speed. The depth is sensitive and requires exposure.

In fligth:
The trajectories are tense and the acceleration very clear, especially when the landing gear retracted. The plane is very holy and easy. We are immediately comfortable with this machine and the low and fast passages can be linked without fear. The controls are homogeneous (except the elevator in my case, as evidenced by the video of the second flight).

Landing:
This is the most delicate phase because the Bugatti does not easily slowed. You must come from far and low enough. But still there are no surprises.
