Third step: Tail and finishing
The mobile part is made of a 30/10 board glued to a 100/10 leading edge. Ribs stiffen it all. Balsa blocks allow you to fit the pencil hinges. 
The leading edge of the moving part must be notched in order to offset the axis of rotation in the middle of the leading edge. This indentation allows the hinge to move freely. 
It gives that. 
Check that everything is fine before formworking the tail. 
Installation of the formwork. It should be noted in this blurred photo, that the formwork protrudes 3 mm from the side of the joint in order to hide the slot.
